Hi Carla.
You are being very patient with this. I admire that. Taking the time to do the research and make an informed decision is very smart.

I'm thinking of using the Wordpress Shopp Plugin to combine my web store with my blog. I will have to keep looking into it and reading reviews before making that kind of change though. Maybe early in the summer...

Carla’s last blog post..Giveaway: Skinny Skinny Organic Soap and Body Oils

Hi Chris.
You're welcome. Your blog has a nice clean look. Black can work for some blogs. Colourful "punchy" graphics will hold their own space in the black mystery.

Thanks for this post. You know, it sounds simple, but an important thing I did for my blog lately was to change the color of the "first container" from black to blue. The black color, I recognized, may be driving visitors away with scary images of the void and black holes and whatever. :)

Hi Barbara.
Thank you. And, thanks for the tweet too :-)

Hi John.
You're welcome. Gee that's too bad you were in California :-) Sounds like a good trip to me -- good for you and your family. It's my pleasure to give mention to WpBlogHost. I was grateful for your support, and glad to learn about the issues with plugins.

Hi Giovanna.
Happy Easter to you too. I know... blog upkeep... don't ya love it?

Hi Avatar.
Welcome and thanks for sharing. I'm not familiar with Blogger but I did have a WordPress.com blog when I first started. It was a lot easier because, as you say, the updates are taken care of when you're not running a self-hosted blog.

I like the look of your blog and I look forward to reading more.

Hi Jannie.
I know Kim. She shares a lot of good information on her blog. It's good to know we have so many sources to turn to for help. I think you're in good hands. Too bad for the hackers.

Hearing about those hackers makes me think I really need to go the route you did with your blog.

My Wordpress professional is Kim Woodbridge of (Ant)i Social Development.

I'm not sure what else my blog needs but I should look into the possiblities closer.

Jannie Funster’s last blog post..Trio
