Hi Jannie.
Ha, ha. Hey, I like that idea better than cigarette smoke.

Hi Cynthia.
You're welcome. Most of the pictures I choose are from Flickr.com. Sometimes I'm lucky and find a good one within 10 minutes. Other times it can take an hour or more. When I saw this one, it took my breath away.

Your choices of words are soothing -- "being with" is especially empowering. It sounds equally like a person is choosing to be with, and allowing the experience. Thanks. I say Yes to "being with" :-)

I love your pictures-where do you find them? I agree with the idea of saying yes. I also use words like "being with", "embracing", "allowing" but saying Yes is so much easier! It feels good too. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Evelyn.
You're welcome. I'm glad you are enjoying these -- they're brilliant.

Hi Juliet.
This scenario you've described sounds just like a dog chasing its tail. Dizzying :-)

Hi Davina

It is such an important point that you make about running from the pain. It is so easy to constantly be on the escape instead of waiting for a moment, catching one's breathe, and finding the path to where you want to be.

I am enjoying the affirmations that you are posting. Love them, especially the latest one about breathing in stillness and breathing out attachments. Thanks!
